By purchasing from Kardozen, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order. These terms apply to all NFC products including business cards, social cards, keychains, tags, and accessories.

“These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.”

Product & Customization

  • All NFC products are made to order based on the details and designs provided by the customer.
  • For custom-designed cards, customers must review and approve the final proof before printing.
  • Kardozen will not be responsible for any spelling errors, incorrect links, or data provided by the user.
  • Minor color differences may occur due to variations in display screens and printing processes.

Pricing & Payment

  • Prices listed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
  • Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
  • Custom design charges are non-refundable once the design work begins.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard delivery timelines are 5–10 working days after design approval.
  • Delays caused by courier partners or incorrect delivery details are beyond our control.
  • Tracking details will be shared once the product is shipped.

Returns & Refunds

  • Due to customization, returns or refunds are not applicable for printed or activated NFC cards.
  • If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing proof.
  • Replacement will be arranged only after verification.

Usage Policy

  • NFC functionality works on most modern smartphones. However, compatibility may vary by device or settings.
  • Users are responsible for updating and maintaining their digital profile details through the backend panel.
  • Misuse of Kardozen’s platform, including sharing inappropriate or harmful content, will result in account suspension.

Privacy & Data

  • Your data stored within the Kardozen platform is secure and used only to deliver and maintain your services.
  • We do not sell or share personal information with any third parties.
